Nelly Mosquera is a professional dancer from Panama.

During her three months at the LAB program she undertook a very strong and personal journey.

Her journey resulted in the work Yes,You! which was performed at Västernorrlands Museum the 23rd of November 2024

I pass unnoticed, me and my pain, and everyone is just looking

BUT FOR YOU TO REMAIN COMPASSIONATE.

A journey through the effects of oppression, told by the movement of a dancer. Oppression is a constant throughout human history. The reason behind it and its effects are transferred through generations, a subject that has been studied vastly. Even though we may know the origins of oppression, we have not been able to figure out how to stop it, or more importantly, decide if we, as a human race, even want to stop it.
